Our services are intended primarily for B2B (business-to-business) clients including:

We do not position our products as finished consumer goods unless explicitly stated.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to:

The Client is solely responsible for:

Conducting compatibility testing
Verifying regulatory compliance
Ensuring suitability for intended use

4. SAMPLES & EVALUATION

Samples may be provided upon request (subject to approval and cost)
Samples are strictly for testing and evaluation purposes
Approval of samples constitutes acceptance of product characteristics

We are not liable for differences arising from:

Natural batch variation
Storage conditions
Application methods

5. ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION

A binding agreement is formed only when:

A formal quotation is accepted in writing, and
Payment terms are agreed upon

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order
Adjust quantities based on production constraints

6. PRICING, QUOTATIONS & VALIDITY

All quotations are time-limited (typically 7–30 days unless stated)
Prices are subject to:
- Raw material fluctuations
- Exchange rates
- Logistics costs

Prices exclude (unless specified):

Taxes
Customs duties
Import fees

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are defined per quotation or agreement

9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

But we do not guarantee:

Identical replication across batches

11. INSPECTION & CLAIMS

Clients must:

Inspect goods upon receipt

Any claims must be submitted:

Within [7–14 days] of delivery
With supporting evidence (photos, batch numbers, reports)

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

12. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of goods:

Returns are accepted only for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect shipments

Approved resolutions may include:

Replacement
Partial refund
Credit note

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Improper storage or handling

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Natures Oils shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of business, profit, or reputation
Product misuse or incorrect application

Total liability shall not exceed:
The value of goods supplied under the specific order

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by:

Natural disasters
War, strikes, pandemics
Government restrictions
Supply chain interruptions

17. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring:

Compliance with local laws and regulations
Proper labeling and product usage
Regulatory approvals in their market

18. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate agreements if:

Payment obligations are not met
Terms are violated
Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected

19. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
