At Natures Oils, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality, crafted from carefully sourced natural materials. Because our oils and botanical extracts are derived from nature and produced in batches, slight variations in aroma, color, and texture are a natural part of the product and do not indicate a defect.

If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong product, damage during transit, or a verified quality concern — please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us review your request efficiently, include your order details along with clear photos and a brief explanation of the issue.

Every request is carefully assessed by our team. Once reviewed, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or a credit toward a future order, depending on the nature of the concern.

As our products are sensitive and intended for professional use, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items, incorrect orders, changes of mind, or issues resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is a result of our error. In cases where a return is required and approved, further instructions will be provided.

We recommend that all products are tested upon receipt to ensure they meet your specific requirements and applications.
